Trail License

Hello,

I would like to use WHCMS for my website which is basically a server management support website. I have a lot of clients and right now I am managing everyone using an offline software. Before I purchase a license for a year, I would like to use trail license and see if all my requirements are available on WHCMS. Some please help me to get a trial license for a week or two.

I don't believe they offer trial versions of their software - although you could get a "Starter" plan for $16 monthly and, if after a few weeks you think it isn't suitable, then you could apply for a refund under the 30-day money back guarantee.

I just tried to access the demo which you have provided. Unfortunately, it is throwing some database error.

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'soft_whmcs.tblconfiguration' doesn't exist (SQL: select * from `tblconfiguration`)

it's working for me...

perhaps you tried to login when the database was being reset.

It's likely that when you tried, it was being reset. That happens frequently, just gotta try at a different time

WHMCS doesn't offer a trial license at this time. You could, however take advantage of their 30 day money back guarantee if the product doesn't meet your needs

Additionally, you can try using the Softaculous Demo  and that will hopefully answer quersions there. To avoid spreading that password out, if you need it, let me know via PM and I'll send it to you. it's pretty basic though

As far as system requirements, those can be found here

Keep in mind that if WHMCS, out of the box doesn't do what you need, it CAN be extended quite a bit! So, it's likely that yes, it will do what you want

Softaculous publicly show the admin login details on their site - it's not a secret and no real need for back channel communications.
