digifx Posted January 28, 2018 Share Posted January 28, 2018 Hello, I am new to WHMCS and I just integrated it into my website: http://bit.ly/2rLoiVJ I had no problem with setup and configuration of WHMCS. All looks good. Even with the integration I had no problems. I am using vultr addon for my server. Installtion without any error and problems. However, after adding configurable addons, the orderform does not refresh and the continue button does not work anymore. I cannot find out what's wrong. Can anybody help me? sentq Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 could be a JavaScript error, check your browser console for any error records right after replicating the same steps again, also try to use Standard_form template if you're using custom template and check the Activity Log (Admin -> Utilities -> Logs -> Activity Log) for PHP/Database errors Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Posted January 29, 2018 Share Posted January 29, 2018 add to that, i'd suggest trying your site with Six & Standard Cart together... if it works with them both, then you could try Six and your custom orderform and see if it continues to work... as @sentq says, it's likely going to be a .js issue.
