ocastaned
Many countries in latin america don't use zip code. I am getting crazy every time I sell a domain, WHMCS shows this error "{zip=Postal Code is incorrect}" That mostly happen using Resellerclub module. Please help. brian!
have you tried contacting Resellerclub about this ? if their API requires a post code when creating a client (and it does), then I doubt there's little WHMCS can do about it. http://manage.resellerclub.com/kb/answer/

They don't offer support about it. to me, it sounds like they're passing the buck... or they didn't understand the issue.... I assume the module is working from the resellerclub API, and if the API expects a post code and doesn't get one, then it will throw an error. but if you're saying that some LA countries don't use it, then a change to the API is likely required... you could try opening a ticket with WHMCS Support, but I suspect they'd just point you back to ResellerClub.
