aliman
Hello, we are managing shared, vps and dedicated service through our WHMCS, how can we specify a custom termination date for each service. in the default Automation Settings we have set Termination Days to 60 days, ideal for shared hosting, but for dedicated we need to specify only 5 days and for VPS 10 dayes. how can we do it ? WHMCS ChrisD
Hello @aliman, Thank you for contacting WHMCS Technical Support. At this time, it is not possible to customise the automatic termination times on a per server basis. I would recommend reviewing our MarketPlace to see if a third party application is available to achieve the outcome you are looking for

brian!
why the confusion? if you can't make the change you want from the admin settings (you can't), and there isn't an existing addon module available - your only two options are to live without the change you want, or pay a developer to write a custom addon for you.
