Tax apply for client group?

Can we to do this? Assign tax rate apply to client group (not country or state). Please help?

not out of the box - taxes are generally applied on a country/regional basis, so there would be no in-built method to do this within WHMCS... therefore, you'd need to write a custom module/hook to do this.

I don't think that even the Billing Extension module can assign tax rates based on client groups, only on regions.
