You will encounter the below error message while adding a Customer from within your Reseller Control Panel, if the Username (Email Address) specified is already being used for another Customer under you -

<username (email address)> is already a customer.

You will have to use another Username (Email Address) under such a circumstance.

if it were me, i'd just log into the resellerclub site and register the domain directly - that way, you at least know you have got the domain for your client... i'd worry about the exact cause of the issue later... even if that means a ticket to support.

the domain is already in your WHMCS, so once registered, you can just set the status to active.

This error occurs when the domain does not exist in your ResellerClub account. This message will be displayed when a domain transfer is in progress but will automatically disappear when the transfer is complete.

so it will go once you've registered the domain.

also, i'd be tempted to suggest that you should remove those two images from your posts - as the first shows the URL of your admin area, and the second shows a 100% recurring promotion code... that still works. :)

i cant see where i can edit the post and remove images could you direct me where the edit button is

it should be next to quote - though you might not have it if you're a recently registered new member - sent a message to @WHMCS ChrisD about the images, and he'll be able to remove them for you.

I use another logicboxes registrar and i've not seen a similar message when registering two domains like that, and I can't recall reading another thread about it either... but if you get a reply, do update the thread with it.

@Smartmed / @brian! I've gone ahead and removed those image.  In the future, if you need things removed please use Report Post in the top left corner of the post as I tend to miss PM's given the number I receive :)
