ThotKiller666
Every time I make an invoice or go to client-side and test purchase stuff I get a TCPDF ERROR This is annoying and would like for someone to walk me through and getting this stupid issue resolved. WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @ThotKiller666 Can you please delete and re-upload your entire /vendor folder to try and resolve this issue.
brian!
sounds as though helvetica is missing or damaged... as @WHMCS ChrisD suggests, uploading 'vendor' again should probably fix it... though if it continues, you could try switching to another PDF font family in setup->general settings ->invoices
ThotKiller666
Hey @brian! or @WHMCS ChrisD That method did not work sadly. Any other troubleshooting steps we can take?
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @ThotKiller666 Did changing the font to something else work?
ThotKiller666
Hey @WHMCS ChrisD unfortunately not. I also removed the whole vendors folder and re uploaded into a test subdomain and then had my hosting provider move the folder back into the normal thing and didn’t end up working neither. That’s why I’m coming to you guys. Sadly we’re suppose to launch our site Friday but that’s not working out very well lol
WHMCS ChrisD
Hey @ThotKiller666 Just to confirm, you also changed the font under font family in setup->general settings ->invoices and this didnt help either, i'd recommend opening a ticket if this is the case
brian!
one other thought - you're not using a custom template are you? especially a template designed for an older version of WHMCS ?? if so, try using the "Six" template (from your installed version) and see if the same issue occurs.
