I'm sorry to hear the installation process has not gone smoothly for you. Please ensure that your server environment meets the system requirements: https://docs.whmcs.com/System_Requirements

If that's already the case, I'd recommend checking the server logs to identify the underlying cause of this generic 500 error code.
