send tickets to different contact

When opening a ticket to a client, it is only possible to choos ethe primary contact, but often we need to send the ticket to one of the other contacts. Is there any way to do this, other than having to manually get their email and then add them as a CC
If you type their email directly into the client field, then the ticket is no longer linked to the client.

it also seems quite annoying that if you add a contact and specify they can read and open tickets, then every contact has to receive every ticket, even when it is nothing to do with them.
IT really should be possible to send a ticket only to a specific user/contact.
