ticket notifications

Question

hello

i have an issue,

when a client create new ticket, i not receive it,

i enabled this: https://prnt.sc/gs5o1f

but still i not receive ticket emails

i receive other notifications like new order, but not receive notification for new tickets and reply on tickets.

 

Please help me.

Hey @3245,

So, one of the most common causes for this is if your email against your account matches an email belonging to one of your support departments please make sure this is not the case to start with.

What option do you use for sending emails from your WHMCS? Do you see any error in your Activity Log when the ticket notification email should be sent?

Have you accidentally (or purposely) disabled the email template in Setup -> Email Templates?
