3245 Posted October 2, 2017 Share Posted October 2, 2017 hello i have an issue, when a client create new ticket, i not receive it, i enabled this: https://prnt.sc/gs5o1f but still i not receive ticket emails i receive other notifications like new order, but not receive notification for new tickets and reply on tickets. Do you see any error in your Activity Log when the ticket notification email should be sent?
