SEOwhiz
Apparently, if a client transfers a domain away the system changes it to 'Transferred Away' but leaves the 'next due date' in place. So, this requires a manual action to change it to cancelled, right? Otherwise, it is set to invoice again on the next due date. Is there a setting that can be made to automate this?
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted September 27, 2017 WHMCS Developer Share Posted September 27, 2017 Have you had a domain in the status "Transferred Away" that has generated an invoice?
SEOwhiz
It had not yet generated an invoice but the Next Payment Due date is just a couple months away. Sooo, I'm assuming that it would generate an invoice on that date. An assumption on our part, but seems a bit unclear.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 3, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 3, 2017 Hi, I would not expect an invoice in "Transferred Away" status to generate a renewal invoice.
