Accepting Orders

EZEHOST

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I have stumbled upon an issue I am having.

I currently have "Shared" hosting to auto create after first payment, however noticed that this hasn't been happening and as a result I have a few pending orders that are waiting to be created. So I tried to create manually by "Accepting" the order, and the following error appears:

Product attribute Package Name "ezehost_Small" not found on server

I have checked (and double checked) that the package is definitely on WHM, (which it is).

Anyone have any suggestions? I have clients that are using this package, and they activated without an issue.

Hi,

In order to see the commands being sent/received between WHMCS and the module, the Utilities > Logs > Module debug Log tool can be used
Please enable it, reproduce the problem, disable it again and then copy the data here for us to review.

More detailed instructions are published at http://docs.whmcs.com/Troubleshooting_Module_Problems

It is also possible that you are out of resources to create an account with that package name. In WHMCS 7.2, we use the WHM command listpkgs to obtain a list of packages on an account. This will only included packages that are available (in resource terms) to be used to create an account.

If you create an account manually in WHM, does the package you wish to use appear in red?

In WHMCS 7.3, we use a different command to obtain the package list, but, you would still not be able to create an account using a package that exceeds your resource usage.
