ps25
Hi, I have Auto release set up so if someone orders an addon it opens a ticket to see the ask for the details, how do I edit the message that is sent is at the minute they see 'Service ID # 32 was just auto provisioned' and I would like to say 'What software do you need installed....'? Thanks Peter
NameHero
I've also been wondering this for quite sometime now. I have one WHMCS installation that I use to distribute software. One of the Add-ons is for a "professional installation" so when they order we create a new ticket so we know to get their info. We've been manually watching the que and then using the pre-defined replies to insert the information we need in a ticket. Would be nice to have it automatically submit a ticket with the requested info, but I've yet to find it. Following this thread!
Remitur
I'm not using auto release with the ticket system, but with To-Do List... and I too would like to enrich the message in "to do list". i.e. not just "Service ID # 471 requires suspension" but also the name of the service and, why not, the link to the service page...
enabledtechs
I'm also looking for this same functionality...is this something that is in the works or is this something that can be developed by a 3rd party? Just looking for a little direction on where to look. Seems like it would be a pretty useful function.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 3, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 3, 2017 Hi, There is not currently an option to change the auto-release message, however we welcome feature requests online at http://requests.whmcs.com Feel free to suggest this as a new idea for comment and voting upon by other WHMCS users.
