graisbeck
Help! After my hosting reseller migrated to a new server, I can no longer access ResellerClub tools. I get this error- RC & LB Tools v2 License key invalid There is no admin output for this module I have also lost a customers order and payment details along with a domain name transfer, which I would like to replicate if possible without instigating a new transfer and invoicing the customer again. I have tried to add the order again, but when I go to accept the order I get this message- Order Accept Encountered Problems "(XID 5u6ena) A DNS entry for “domain name” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed." Any help would be greatly appreciated! WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted August 29, 2017 WHMCS Developer Share Posted August 29, 2017 You should contact the Addon Module creator for assistance with RB & LB Tools. For the error, you can manually add an order, without creating anything. On the order accept page, ensure that the "Run Module Create" box is not checked as you appear to have created the account on the server already. There is a similar option for Domain Registration/Transfers to stop the request being sent to a registrar. You can also just set the order status to Active on the order details page and manually set the status and next due date on the service, domain and any other items.
graisbeck
Thanks for the reply WHMCS Andrew. I have added the order as you suggested. I have also contacted ResellerClub support, but I know from previous tickets they are slow to respond. I contacted them at 14:16 this afternoon, it's now 20:55 and still no reply! I think I need to have a serious think about moving to a new reseller and domain registrar, as my current reseller supplier (EZPZ) are slow too. I submitted a sales ticket a week ago and have not had a reply!! The only way to get a quick reponse is to fast track the ticket by paying them £9.99. . But I require a reseller who can give technical support to my customers as I can not cover 24/7.

graisbeck
Hi, thanks for your reply. The ticket number is #VPH-841-68475. I really appreciate any help with this. So this is the help I received - Please note that we just have the domains registered with us. As your hosting provider has migrated your WHMCS website in that case you need to contact your hosting provider. You can also try contacting WHMCS directly as the modules are developed by them. The attached image shows what is displayed when trying to access RC & LB Tools, if anyone can share some light on it? brian!
have you tried contacting Marco @ ResellerClubMods by opening a ticket with him? you may just need to either whitelist your new server IP (assuming it's changed) and/or reissue your license... or check that the addon version installed is compatible with your new server setup.

Thanks brian!, the server IP had changed so I've whitelisted the IP and reissued the licence. BUT, now that I have re-added the customer and their products which were lost during the migration, and which included RapidSSL from MarketConnect, I've been charged again for the RapidSSL for the same domain. I have contacted MarketConnect and they suggested to cancel the first RapidSSL product within WHMCS, and because it's within 30 days I'll automatically get my money back. Of course, the problem is there is no first RapidSSL product to cancel as it was lost during the migration but the payment had still been made.

I have cancelled the second order and received a refund for that, but still nothing for the first order (order number: 1126011943) which wasn't issued.
