WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted September 12, 2017 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted September 12, 2017 Hi, If you enable the Display Errors option, do you get a more verbose error output when visiting the page? http://help.whmcs.com/m/64804/l/679701-how-to-resolve-an-http-500-error-after-update
NameHero
Did you do the upgrade through your web browser or manually uploading the files? The last two updates have went just fine with us through the browser. But the one or two before that we had a lot of issues so had to manually upload them. This also was the case for many of our customers that use WHMCS.
