2 problems, Affliates not working correctly and Reseller accounts aren't being read from Plesk

Hi Everyone,

 

We have two problems with WHMCS at the moment, firstly when a customer using the affiliate link it takes them to the front page to order, then once the customer puts an order through it wipes it and lets them do again, on the second attempt it works fine. Any ideas?

 

2nd Issue, is that when creating products WHMCS doesn't seem to read the reseller subscriptions from Plesk, if you manually name them it works but nothing else.

 

Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

with regards to the first, test it using the "Six" template... if it works first time there, then it's an issue with your custom template.
