bspiller
None of my clients can log into WHMCS after the update. They get the following error "Login Details Incorrect. Please try again.". I have reset the passwords and the issue still remains.
yggdrasil
What happens if you create a new account? Can they log in or this only happens to existing accounts? What does the WHMCS debug log said? You can enable it from the admin side.
bspiller
Nothing in debug log and on all accounts. New and old.
yggdrasil
New accounts you created after the upgrade as well? That seems strange. I thought maybe the upgrade corrupted or changed your hashes in the database but if it is happening for new accounts as well, I don't think that would be the issue. Are you using custom or modified templates? If yes, test it first on the default theme. Did you check your Apache and PHP logs? How did you upgrade? Manual or using the auto updater?
bspiller
Using default templates. Nothing in logs even apache. For some reason it's working now however.

Sounds like a server issue, otherwise why would it work now and not before...

Magistar
I had the same issue after I upgraded on my test install. Was able to trace back the issue to the browser. Meaning I could login using Chrome's In-Private browsing. Did you try that?
