Welcome to the March Edition of the WHMCS Community Wrap-up where we take a look at what's happening around the community, showcase some of the top threads and share some statistics. March 2017 Community Statistics:

• 288 new members joined our community
  
• 324 new threads where created and our dedicated community crafted 1,194 replies.
  
• The busiest day for new threads on the community was March 10th with 21 threads created.

Billing - Telco, Cloud, Services

JaySayed wants to use WHMCS for the purposes of a telco solution, WHMCS John & yggdrasil assisted with a few suggestions on adapting WHMCS to the use case.

 

WHMCS Pricing error when ordering products

Boxne, was experiancing issues when ordering products the order form showed a tax inclusive price, users when checking out where seeing a price less tax, this issue was resolved when Boxne change his products to be Tax Exclusive.

 

Can't accept any order, please help.

kazurengan was experiancing issues accepting orders in WHMCS a number of users provided assistance to troubleshoot this solution.

 

Blank page after order is received

sgonzalez was experiancing issues with a blank pages after an order was received in their system, after some troubleshooting it was determined an addon was causing the issue.

 

Some question about setting WHMCS

Nalex is a new user to WHMCS and had some questions about the best way to configure WHMCS to their use case. The community assisted in providing some solutions and answers to Nalex's questions.
