hellowebstuff
Someone is paying $7/month for hosting. They want to pay yearly at a $5/m rate. How do I go about changing their billing to yearly at a new rate? Thanks
yggdrasil
First go to the Customer account. Click on the product in question. Change the field Recurring Amount to $50. Change the field Next Due Date to the new date (one year ahead) Change the field Billing Cycle to Annually Click the button Save Changes
brian!
Change the field Next Due Date to the new date (one year ahead) i'd suggest changing that to $60 - otherwise they'd be getting 2 months for free!
Giappy
Hi. But if i change the Recurring amount....in the next billing cycle wont be the product price by default ? I mean, if an order-Product (previouly created with to 7usd/Month) bills every month 7 usd.,... why do i need to set manually the "recurring amount" field in 7 usd ? Its not automatic ?
