Posted March 11, 2017 Share Posted March 11, 2017 thanks for the link - I believe it's being caused by a 3rd-party addon, Gateway Fees - that seems to be generating the output below... it's not a normal part of the WHMCS checkout page. you should contact the developer of that module because it doesn't seem to be able to use European pricing formats correctly - I guess if you changed your pricing format from 16,99 to 16.99 the addon would work fine. as you can see from the above screenshot, when the module has to calculate a gateway fee (e.g PayPal), it works - but it doesn't use your currency format (,) - it uses it's own (.) 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
