yggdrasil
Did someone noticed that the new captcha behavior for the domain checker in the cart does not work in Microsoft Edge or Firefox? When the user inputs the incorrect code, the image is not reloaded so he can't proceed. It works on Chrome.
brian!
I do almost everything with WHMCS using Firefox and i've never seen the issue you refer to... any chance there is a browser extension / filter affecting this ?
yggdrasil
I do almost everything with WHMCS using Firefox and i've never seen the issue you refer to... any chance there is a browser extension / filter affecting this ? I actually don't use Firefox as my main browser, only for testing and its set to delete and clear all setttings each time its closed. So no addons or extensions are causing this. I also did my tests with the default theme six without modifications before posting this. I always do all testing with the defaults to avoid any code issues. I do have the chat module installed which I didn't upgraded yet and some modules as well. Just upgraded to v7.1 first. Not sure if they could be causing this but very unlikely because it seems like a cache issue to me where the browser is not detecting that the image changed.
brian!
are you talking about the WHMCS captcha or Google recaptcha? because I only use Google recaptcha in the v7 dev...
aio87
Hi, Not sure if my issue is related to this one, but I am having issues with my Google Recaptcha aswell. All of my information is correct, but whenever it loads on the page it says "ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key" if you're getting an invalid site key error, are you sure there isn't an additional space added when you copied & pasted your key into WHMCS? Default WHMCS captcha. apologies - you are absolutely correct on this... now that you've explained it was WHMCS captcha, i've just been able to reproduce it in Edge (IE11 too) and Firefox... as you say, it works fine in Chrome. with this being a WHMCS built feature, you're probably better off reporting it as a bug to WHMCS - as only they will be able to fix their own code.
