Widgets designed for previous versions of the product are still compatible. New style widgets adhere to the admin role permissions and do not require configuring separately like previous widgets. so you will need to adjust the role permissions of the admin user in question - e.g if you uncheck the support ticket checkboxes, they no longer see the support widget. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
