ody Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 (edited) Hello, Into client area and into any of my product pages (share hosting - server hosting etc.) there is no any renew option or any button-order so client to be able to renew any of those products, all the rest buttons are there as like Request Cancellation or Upgrade Product or,.... there is no such option into client area or there is a problem in my installation. Products do not have renewal buttons, they are set to time periods you specify, if you set one time then it will bill once, if you set monthly it will bill monthly and so on, this happens automatically and you do not need your clients to renew. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ody Posted December 29, 2016 Author Share Posted December 29, 2016 (edited) Thank you ChrisD for your reply, Till yesterday we haven't realise that there is no such option in WHMCS, yes it might be a joke but it is another one very important function, (as many others), which WHMCS do not have, and what happen when a client would like to change plan's payment cycle from monthly to year plan or to prepay for 3 years or or or or or or or..... now we have this issue client want to change it's plan from monthly to year and to prepay fo 2 years so how we do it??? from yesterday we are trying to find any module which can done this job, for one time again we have confirmed that WHMCS developers have never been domain or hosting sellers-resellers so to known which are our needs and give us an output version which shall cover them.
