easyhosting Posted December 22, 2016 Share Posted December 22, 2016 Since upgrading to WHMCS version 7.1.0 i noticed when i support ticket is created by a client or by a prospective client i am not sent any emailed notices of the ticket and nothing is logged in the activity log. New orders etc. are being emailed to me and any mails i send clients are being sent the same if i reply to tickets, so it just seems to be a problem with being informed of arrived tickets. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
