Error code: 1006 in Plesk module

Hello.

I have an issue with Plesk module, and I can't understand if it's a WHMCS or a server issue.

The plesk server is a Resellerclub reseller windows hosting.

In admin area, everything works fine: I can create services, log-in to Plesk, suspend etc.

In client area, "resource usage" works fine (so. it means that WHMCS module can "talk" with Plesk),

but where I expect to get a button to log-in to Plesk, I get a

Error code: 1006. Error message: Permission denied.

In module log, I find this:

Action: plesk_clienarea

Request:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><packet version="1.6.3.5"><server>

<create_session>

<login>seditre</login>

<data>

<user_ip>MTUxLjUxLjU1LjI0OQ==</user_ip>

<source_server>MTUxLjUxLjU1LjI0OQ==</source_server>

</data>

</create_session>

</server></packet>

Response:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<packet version="1.6.3.5"><server><create_session><result><status>error</status><errcode>1006</errcode><errtext>Permission denied.</errtext></result></create_session></server></packet>

ResellerClub helpdesk checked the issue, and said there's no problem on server, and to check WHMCS ... :?:

Hi,

This indicates your Plesk login doesn't have the necessary permissions to use the API. You need the admin of the server to grant your Plesk reseller account permission to use the API - specifically this permission "Ability to use remote API" and that should resolve it
