I am trying to update V7.0.2 to V7.1.0 Got FatalError How to Fix Please help me WHMCS Not openin ?

Thanks for your post.

 

This error indicates that your /vendor/ directory is broken, could you please login to your cPanel File Manager, delete the /vendor/ folder then, download a new copy of the WHMCS v7.1.0 files from https://download.whmcs.com/ and then re-uploading a fresh copy of the /vendor/ directory to your installation which should resolve this for you.
