Love the WHMCS.com secure data submission - when can we expect to see it?

Hello there,

 

This is a question to WHMCS mostly but I'd also love to bring attension to how good this will be for all WHMCS users.

 

A couple of years ago I made a suggestion to WHMCS and spoke with one of your staff to have a section to submit login details when submitting tickets. This section should be seperate from the main ticket body and the data could be removed from the database autoamtically when closed.

 

I'm really happy to see that you've implemented this on whmcs.com, it's very well done and is such a big enhancement to security.

 

When can we expect to see this become part of WHMCS so all customer's can benefit from it?

I use the Secure Ticket Note addon from serverping - works perfectly:

This is available in a couple of addons. As mentioned , serverping has something similar to this , however there's others that do this as well.

WHMCS has quite the custom setup going on, so it's not terribly likely you'll see this any time soon.
