cubewebdesigns
Greetings, An older post showed someone with this exact same error; but there were no replies. This just began for me when I moved to a new server/IP. I have re-certified my license with the new IP. All other WHMCS functions work normally, just Clients cannot log in. I have submitted a ticket but as yet, received no response. Does anyone have an idea why just changing servers/IP's this would pop up. Thanks, Bill
zomex
Hello Bill, One of my clients faced the same issue recently and it turned out to be a 3rd party module causing the error. Are you using any 3rd party modules? If so I'd recommend re-naming each module one by one to see if any of them are causing this. WHMCS ChrisD
Hi Bill, Please try deleting and reuploading the /vendor folder to see if this resolves the issue
cubewebdesigns
Hi Chris, This has been resolved. It was caused by a hook. Thanks to all for their help. Bill
