clientarea.php returns error 500

Recommended Posts

Greetings,

An older post showed someone with this exact same error; but there were no replies. This just began for me when I moved to a new server/IP. I have re-certified my license with the new IP. All other WHMCS functions work normally, just Clients cannot log in.

I have submitted a ticket but as yet, received no response.

Does anyone have an idea why just changing servers/IP's this would pop up.

Thanks,

Bill

Hello Bill,

One of my clients faced the same issue recently and it turned out to be a 3rd party module causing the error.

Are you using any 3rd party modules? If so I'd recommend re-naming each module one by one to see if any of them are causing this.

Greetings,

I finally got an error dump:

---------

Fatal error: Uncaught SoapFault exception: [Error Fetching http body, No Content-Length, connection closed or chunked data] 0 in /home/xxxxx/public_html/whmcs/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Terminus.php:0 Stack trace: #0 [internal function]: WHMCS\Terminus->whmcsExceptionHandler(Object(SoapFault)) #1 {main} thrown in /home/xxxxx/public_html/whmcs/vendor/whmcs/whmcs-foundation/lib/Terminus.php on line 0

--------

Mean anything to anyone?

Bill
