DaNnIbOi
Hi, I'm new to this so bare with me! I've just downloaded v7.0, installed it fine, set up the server fine (as far I know) and the package is set to "Instantly After Order" but when a user tries to order something, it will allow them till it comes to the 'complete Order', when sometimes it works and sometimes I get a 503 error? Either way it makes the account in WHM, but I have to currently manually accept the orders! Any help is gratefully accepted Dan
brian!
Hi Dan, all orders are pending and need to be manually accepted anyway. http://docs.whmcs.com/Order_Management#Accepting_Pending_Orders Whenever an order is placed in WHMCS, it comes in as a pending order. To view pending orders, go to Orders > List Pending Orders and click the Order ID. From there you can accept or deny the order. Even if you have auto activation enabled, then while the products and services in that order may be automatically provisioned and delivered to the customer, the order status will remain pending until you manually confirm it. This is so that you can always see and review the new orders you've had and be able to manually review, check for fraud, problems, etc... a 503 error is usually a server being unavailable, e.g, overloaded isn't it - so is this 503 only occurring with certain products or randomly with all ?

Hi Brian! 503 is on all packages, but the weird thing is, when they place the order, it makes the WHM account with login details but doesn't send the welcome email! Anyway to make it all automatic?
WHMCS ChrisD
Hi DaNnIbOi, Thanks for your post. I'd recommend enabling errors under Setup -> General Settings -> Other -> Display errors to see if anything appears when accepting the orders, 503 as brian! mentions is normally a server error but this will indicate if there is any possible issues from the WHMCS side.
DaNnIbOi
Hi, After speaking to my web host, it seems it was an issue with 'server's PHP configuration for long requests', so hes changed it and it now works! I automatically get the welcome emails! [solved]
