Hi, i bought a template earlier today. It is called northhost template, you might have some experience with it.

Well the problem is, i put the template into my templates folder, and then i change the value in general settings to "Northhost".

It does change the template, but not properly i think, it looks like this https://gyazo.com/0d48ddb69e0b2d5886c1b981c5f86731

And i want it to look like this https://gyazo.com/b13506b5a53b07324d2edf27e224baba (i want the homepage to look like that)

I've experienced this earlier aswell, instead of the frontpage with nice products i just get the client area. Is the template the problem or do i have to configure something?

Hello Wahl,

I'd recommend checking out the documentation that comes with the Northhost theme to see if there are instructions in there for getting it setup to look the way you want, In addition I'd recommend going into Utilities -> System Cleanup -> Empty Template Cache and see if that helps clear the issue up for you.

Hello there,

How the template is displayed is based on how it's been built and how it's been designed to display.

Did your template come as a WHMCS template only or did it also come with static HTML pages?

I would recommend contacting the developer to confirm these details.

Regards,

Jack
