fvsegarra
Hello, Today we updated WHMCS to v7.0 because Softaculous on our cPanel told us that it was possible. We did it, and WHMCS pretty much looked the same, even though it told us that the update was successful. Now, when activating a client account, we get the following error: "Order Accept Encountered Problems Product attribute Package Name "onesitec_OneSite" not found on server" Any clues on how we could fix this? Thanks a lot!!!
twhiting9275
The obvious question here. Sorry if it is obvious, but the obvious is almost always the most common solution Have you looked in your WHM? Look in WHM -> edit packages. Does the package onesitec_OneSite exist?
fvsegarra
Yep, it does Before we didn't have any issues. This only happened when we updated through Softaculous (no backup was taken)
WHMCS ChrisD
Hi Fvsegarra, Could you please try going into Setup -> Products / Services -> Products / Services then removing the package name and placing it back in again to see if that works. If you still have issues, please enable your module log under Utilities -> Log -> Module Log and then run the accept order again open the module log then place the request and response in this thread removing any personally identifiable information.

Hello, We cannot remove the plan because we have clients on it. However, we tried setting up a new package, and it didn't work either. WHMCS ChrisD
Me too - cannot upgrade or downgrade any client since upgrading to 7.1 Hello HarryWales, Thanks for your post. There is a known issue with upgrading/downgrading packages in Version 7.0.1. I am pleased to advise that we have a hot fix for users encountering this error with the cPanel module in WHMCS 7.0.1 please refer to this forum post for further information: https://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?120622
