ody
My new paygate needs to verify clients transactions so even we use WHMCS 1 year this is a first that we find out that we can print or save as PDF or any other format any email which system save them into our admin or into clients area, also same issue for clients data. So are there any way to print-out or save old-mails and clients data-profile and if yes how? Thank you in advance ODY.
steven99
You can click on the email under the client's Email tab and then print out the page that comes up in a popup window. This is a lot of manual work though. For automation, using the get emails API function http://docs.whmcs.com/API:Get_Emails in a addon module may work, though the docs do not give a good example of the results. Querying the tblemails table in the database for the specific userid (client id) would be your next option. Once you have that, just toss it to a pdf creator library and loop through each email and create one pdf at at time. You will need to decide where to store those PDFs. Using a cron would automate the extraction so that you have pdf copies of what is in the database. Where you store and how you get those PDFs will be determined on how the gateway will take them. If they will take an archive of all emails, then you could do that in the module by archiving the existing pdfs and sending it to the browser as a download.

ody
Thank you both for your reply, We find a more easiest way to print mails when we are in mail view (new window-browser) in which system do not give you the option to use any browser tools as like to print or save etc. we copy the mail address and add it - paste in a new browser blank page and then we can use the browser tools as to print it, save it !!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it possible that we can't have the option to print out mails or clients data in seperate form etc.!!!!!!!! I believe that people who work for WHMCS do not know what is to sell or resell domain or hosting services. They discover lastly that we need to translate our products!!! or now in 7 domain promotion boxes or auto updates and they proudly announce it, (we are into 2016) we have only one option for ID protection, Email Forwarding, DNS management, into our panel, we have 3 major registrars which we cooperate, so how you solve this when we have 3 different prices to manage?, we don't have an option to make domain auctions and into our domain bases we have some unique domains which we or our clients can sell them with big profits but WHMCS haven't this option, we don't have a special domain promo option for some days only... we can't create a mass quote offer to all of our clients or for a group of them, we can't translate Bundle Deals! affiliate system it's like before 2000 we need to create with code each one!!!! we don't have many option for them or we don't..... The most important is that their whoisserver data our so unreliable and domain selling is for us one of the main scope for all of us, there is a topic for this problem which have 125.000!!!! views, is it our job to spend our time for this!!!! or to sell our products!!! how to find that someone use WHMCS as billing it's simple just click for a domain search for more than 50 TLD and you will wait about 1 minutes for 100 TLD about 3 minutes if you selling 500 TLD as us you wait ......... wait..... wait....... they haven't discover yet a smooth way to appear any domain search result so a client do not wait in front of a static & boring page some of all above we have solved with resellersclub-mod tools-modules but .... You might say "this is it, take it or leave it" but we can't do that as most major registrars or server providers or cpanel-plesk have WHMCS as a must!!! so ....
