She is receiving credit card declined emails when the cron runs This has never happened before I have checked here emails from WHMCS and there are several of these failed credit card messages. Posted August 28, 2016 Share Posted August 28, 2016 didn't GoCardless stop development work on their WHMCS module (or vice-versa) a couple of years ago... http://docs.whmcs.com/GoCardless We no longer support WHMCS, we recommend not using it. there was a GitHub for an updated development, but it hasn't been updated for more than a year and may only have been v5 compatible, not v6. therefore, you may want to consider moving your client to another payment option. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
