How do you get it to show the email in ticket system with forwarded attachments?

This means the user sent a message in a propriety rich text format. Microsoft suggests having the sender send in plain text or HTML: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/278061

The WHMCS ticket system can import both formats are they are RFC standards.
