Second domain always pending in one order

Hi, sorry to post a thread

 

Now i am in dev license for WHMCS testing. I want to test buy two domain at one time order.

 

the second domain is always pending even i already pay with paypal sandbox but the first domain is active, i use reseller club as the registrar for testing.

When i manually change the order status from pending to active the alert notif me 'Order Accept Encountered Problems

NameServer nsx.ww.cc is not a valid Nameserver'

 

But for the first domain is no problem, the first domain always success and active only the second domain complete.

 

Is any permission at setup i miss? have any lead?

Hi,

What entries do you see under Utilities > Logs > Activity Log at the time of payment?

 

Another angle to troubleshoot from:

• Enable Setup > General Settings > Other tab > Display Errors
  
• Place an order to test this via the admin area (Orders > Add New Order)
  
• Add Payment to the invoice
  
• Do you encounter any blank page or error messages?

Sorry for my late reply. as i try now the domain now can not regis because the name server.

 

this is the error message from email :

 

An order has received its first payment but the automatic provisioning has failed and requires you to manually check & resolve.

 

Client ID: 8

Domain ID: 28

Registration Type: Register

Domain: amsnkjckncksdc.com

Error: NameServer nsx.nameserver.net is not a valid Nameserver

 

i already setup the nameserver as the doc (http://docs.whmcs.com/Domains_Configuration) but still error.

i still dig the error too.
