Invoice Payment Confirmation email not correct

Hi Frankc, I've tried to replicate this behavior with the default email templates with a clean install of 6.3.1 with no success. The steps I tried:

 

1. Purchased a product

2. Made a partial payment towards full balance

3. When examining the email that was sent to to the client (The Invoice Payment Confirmation Email) - the balance is properly reflected - the partial payment is properly represented in the email.

 

At this point we don't know enough information to assist you on the forums.
