zontrakulla Posted May 9, 2016 Share Posted May 9, 2016 Hello, We're getting this error when i try to WHMCS Connect An Error Occurred cPanel API Unreachable: Connection Error: Failed connect to ***:2087; Connection timed out(7) Also, users can't direct login to their cPanel & WHM, an they can't change their passwords via whmcs. When i go to "Edit Server" and test the connections i get the same error. However, i can login to my WHM with the same credentials. Please ensure it's open for inbound and outbound connections on both the server WHMCS is installed on and the remote server being connected to.
