alimaserrat
our domains are previously registered by netfirms, and now after installing the whmcs, we like to know what is the best way to have the domains assigned in the invoices and renewed by Reseller Club. We already have account with reseller club. thanks
zomex
Hello, I believe it would just be a case of changing the domain registrar for each client under the domains tab. There may be a quicker way of doing it though such as editing the database.

I think before you can do that, you'd have to transfer them domains from Netfirms to Resellerclub. you can manually add the domains into WHMCS so that the invoicing can begin... http://docs.whmcs.com/Importing_Data#Manual_Domain_Only_Entry but unless you transfer the domains from Netfirms, WHMCS would try to renew them with RC and fail. depending on the TLD, it might be easier to wait until closer to expiry and then transfer them - for some TLDs, transferring will add another year, so would be the same as renewing them... and then from that point on, they'd be with RC and WHMCS could renew them as normal in future years.
