WHMCS changes Direct Admin quota at every order?!

Hi,

An important customer is threatening to sue us now, now that 2 times his 20 Gb website has been put back to 5 Gb limit (disc space).

This is what seems to happen; The customer has ordered our largest package. 5 Gb of disk space. As an extra option we give an option to order additional 5 Gb.

After his website was uploaded he found 5 Gb was nog enough and he ordered 3 x 5 Gb through whmcs. I manually changed from 5 Gb to 20 Gb in Direct Admin.

The next day the customer places another order. He selects his currently active hosting package during the order proces and orders an SSL certificate.

This happens while they are at a big seminar in New York where they all witness the website going blank on a big screen only to find out WHMCS has decided to bring back the 20 Gb to 5 Gb!

We could not believe this. So we placed it back at 20 Gb and declared it was a glitch. Today he ordered 10 Gb extra data traffic and guess what, it went back from 20 to 5 Gb disc space again!!!

Unless it is a setting we don't know about, this is a very serious bug if you ask me and should be addressed immediately.

Please help asap, this is going to cost us dearly...

Hi,

Do you happen to have the Configurable Packages Addon installed? In which case this would explain it; the configurable options are treated as a new maximum quota rather than incremental increases on the base product quota.

So you could configure the configurable options as:

6144MB|1 GB Extra

7168MB|2 GB EXtra

...

and so on.
