AffordableDomainsCanada
On my site, when a client logs in and visits /clientarea.php?action=services a list of services appears as normal, but when they click on the service, it does not open to clientarea.php?action=productdetails&id=26 for example. I have tested the theme 'Six' and it works fine with six, but not my purchased template, this is how I have come to determine it is a issue with my theme, but im not sure what file could be cause the issue, I have uploaded all the files from the theme author, and I have even replaced the the clientdetailsproduct.php file with the six file but no luck. Any help would be great.
zomex
Hello Jason, If you purchased your template then I'd recommend contacting the company you purchased it from as it's their responsibility to ensure everything is working as normal. It's likely due to a old version of the file or Javascript conflicts but your provider should be able to fix this for you. brian!
Jason, is the template you're using compatible with your version of WHMCS? if memory serves, you used to use Flathost and if that's still the case, it might be worth checking with the author as Jack suggested.

I am using FlatHost, I will contact the author and see what he says. I will even try re-downloading the files and uploading them, I went through the tpl files and compared them with the 'six' template and couldnt find any changes that would cause this issue, but didnt think about the javascript files. Thanks for the assistance,
AffordableDomainsCanada
re-uploaded all the folders within the theme, and cleared the cache and it now works like a charm!
