Deletion upon Termination?

Hi,

 

I was in my system today and a thought came about: is there a way to delete a package from a customer's product/service list upon the termination of his or her service through automation? I feel like keeping a service item that's been terminated as a part of my clients' service/product list is a bit pointless.

 

Would love your guys' help on this.

Hi,

There is not currently an option for this as standard, but I don't imagine it would be too difficult to customise.

 

The AfterModuleTerminate action hook point could trigger some code to search and delete the record from the database after it's been terminated:
