UncommonTrend
Hi, I was in my system today and a thought came about: is there a way to delete a package from a customer's product/service list upon the termination of his or her service through automation? I feel like keeping a service item that's been terminated as a part of my clients' service/product list is a bit pointless. Would love your guys' help on this. Thanks, Ry
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted April 15, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted April 15, 2016 Hi, There is not currently an option for this as standard, but I don't imagine it would be too difficult to customise. The AfterModuleTerminate action hook point could trigger some code to search and delete the record from the database after it's been terminated: http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:AfterModuleTerminate'>http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:AfterModuleTerminate http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks
