Hi, I was in my system today and a thought came about: is there a way to delete a package from a customer's product/service list upon the termination of his or her service through automation? I feel like keeping a service item that's been terminated as a part of my clients' service/product list is a bit pointless. Would love your guys' help on this. Thanks, Ry

Hello, I'm kind of new to the WHMCS community -- I've recently switched over from ClientExec. I've finally got everything moved over a day or so ago so I was running a test purchase to see what the cart looks like to the client and found that much checkout page is pretty much all jumbled up. I'm not really sure how to fix it -- I submitted a support ticket yesterday or the day prior and have not received an answer, so I came to the forums. If you know a way to fix this, please inform me.
