touf1k Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 My WHMCS installation is working fine except one crucial feature. I use PHP to automatically send emails to new clients. All emails are sent (order confirmation, invoice and welcome) except the New account Information Email. Even manually from the email log I can send emails except this one. My hosting provider say it has nothing to do with them, google (google apps) say its the application (WHMCS), the application support (WHMCS) guys say the emails log doesn't show errors and it was sent and therefore nothing to do with the software and it is a server issue. WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted March 25, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted March 25, 2016 Hi, When an email is sent successfully by WHMCS and accepted by your mail server it is recorded under Utilities > Logs > Email Message Log. Do you see the email sent to the client listed there? If a message is recorded in the Utilities > Logs > Email Message Log and there is no error in the Utilities > Logs > Activity Log we can conclude it left WHMCS without any errors. If there is no error we can conclude the delivery problem lies within the mail server and not WHMCS, so in that situation you will need to contact your mail server admin or provider to investigate the email delivery issue, as this is not a WHMCS software problem. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
