Install problems kinda Been at this for 24 hours with no reslut help

So was sucessfull at installing whmcs greauxhosting.com/whmcs/admin

 

 

But when i go to greauxhosting.com I get the index instead of the theme I loaded.

 

 

I went to general setting and filled in all the info about my domian still with no result.

 

can anyone shed some light on this please

it's got nothing to do with PHP memory, it's because you installed WHMCS in a directory called 'whmcs'

 

so your homepage is blank -> greauxhosting.com

but your WHMCS page works fine -> greauxhosting.com/whmcs

 

if you wanted to install WHMCS in the root of your site to show on homepage, you should have extracted the content of the 'whmcs' folder in the zip and uploaded the files to the opening directory.

 

you might be able to move it via FTP, or failing that, take a copy of your configuration file and install again.

We were commicating via ticket earlier today.

 

Brian is correct, I replied to your ticket with the same information, it was due to WHMCS being installed in /whmcs/ rather than root. I can see you've since tried moving WHMCS but it appears that only some of the files were moved as loading root is opening the homepage.tpl file, if you have a backup of your files it would be best to restore them.
