Need help regarding a post on the blog - A basic guide to WHMCS Template creation

Hi Guys,

 

I am following this blog post and correctly revived all the steps which are mentioned, however, the middle portion of the portal and the sidebar is not appearing only header and footer of the side which is appearing at "clients.mydomain.com" [clients is where I have installed the WHMCS].

Do you have a screenshot of the page? That may help us to spot the issue.

 

I'd also recommend checking the WHMCS activity logs as if there's any files missing and in some cases even minor errors will show here allowing you to track down the problem easily.

as that blog post is three years old today (happy birthday!), it might also be worth checking out the latest documentation on creating pages... when Alistair wrote his article, WHMCS didn't use sidebars as it does today.
