iam a new bie work as a network engineer

if the "Six" template is working fine, it will likely be the same cause as we said in the other thread - a js clash...

remove the .js you added to header.tpl and see if that fixes it.

Very true, this is always caused by a Javascript conflict, the best way to test this is by commenting out any custom Javascript file one by one to find the problem file.
