Now, I also know, you need a license to use WHMCS.
However, before I buy a license, could I install WHMCS onto a test domain, and try out settings and work on a template design, to be ported over to a licensed running copy after get the license?
I'd like to try out some of the things in it, and get a template going, now, while I wait on getting the rest of my web host and the funds to buy a license ready.
EDIT: Okay, I saw about the dev license, but that unfortunately does not help out before buying...
Also, how do you register at the main WHMCS site, without doing an order?
