I am receiving an email from my VPS about once per day with the following message: Time: Thu Feb 18 21:04:55 2016 -0800 Account: host287 Resource: Virtual Memory Size Exceeded: 208 > 200 (MB) Executable: /usr/bin/php Command Line: /usr/bin/php /home/host287/public_html/billing/admin/index.php PID: 30766 (Parent PID:25150) Killed: No Anyone else receiving this message and how do I correct it. I contacted my host and they said it was a WHMCS issue. Thanks.
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted February 19, 2016 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted February 19, 2016 Hi, Does this happen at the same time every day? Does it correspond to any task being performed in WHMCS (eg. the cron.php cron job running)?
othellotech
200MB as a setting for PHP RAM for WHMCS is quite low - ours regularly requires 1GB for the admin side of the system
