totallytech
Hey guys, I've customised my v6 install with a new layout matching my main site, however for some reason when I view the add to cart page etc, I get a double sidebar (With categories and actions). I'm assuming the pages are calling additional files etc but I cannot see what I've done. Does anyone know? My site is: https://secure.totallytech.it/cart.php?a=add&pid=15
brian!
i've seen this a few times - it's normally caused by using a theme designed for v6, with the current v6.2 order-form templates. http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?107470-How-to-remove-the-side-menu-here http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?106562-Double-Side-Menu-during-cart-process the solution is likely to involve taking a closer look at your header and footer templates and working out the differences from the equivalent current six template files.
totallytech
Perfect! There was a faulty conversion to v6.2 on my templates, so I just removed some sections from Header and Footer. Its all up and running again now Thank you!

I don't think it's quite fixed yet though - I assume it's still a work in progress. double sidebar has gone, but if you take a look at the "Network Status" and "Announcements" pages etc, they're squashed to the right... as are the product groups using Supreme Comparison.
zomex
As Brian said it's generally down to the header.tpl and footer.tpl files using old code. Specficially WHMCS added a conditional statement to the divs at the bottom of header.tpl that contain the WHMCS contents. This was added in a version after V6 but to my knowledge it wasn't mentioned in release notes. To get the latest code open the header.tpl and footer.tpl files of Six or Five (depending on your integration) in order to get the updated code.
